Outfeed Assembly Table Plan

This table serves double duty, providing ample room for table saw support and plenty of real estate for assembling projects. The icing in the cake is the thoughtfully-design base with plenty of storage including 6 drawers, two shelves behind doors, and an integrated shelf for your favorite table saw sled.

Dimensions: 48" wide x 60" long x 34-36" H

To build this project, you'll need:

• 15 BF (20% has been added) - 4/4 Hardwood
• 4 Sheets - 3/4" Plywood
• 2 Sheets - 1/2" Plywood
• 1 Sheet - 3/4" Melamine

Please Note: The height range of the Outfeed Assembly Table is 34” - 36” assuming you use the leveling feet I recommend. I have used this Outfeed Assembly Table on both my Powermatic PM2000 and Sawstop PCS with no trouble. The height range of the adjustable feet is 0-2”. If your table saw is shorter than 34” or taller than 36” you’ll need to make adjustments to the plan as that would exceed the range of height allowed by the adjustable feet.
