Discounts generally cannot be combined unless we state otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional offers or discount codes.

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable except where required by law.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframes stated on the website or in your order confirmation. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

  1. Arbitration Agreement

You and The Wood Whisperer, Inc. agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days after written notice of the dispute, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court or claims for injunctive relief related to intellectual property or unauthorized use of the website.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under applicable consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration will take place in Missouri unless the parties agree to another location or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The arbitrator will have the authority to award the same damages and relief that a court could award on an individual basis, subject to the limitations in these Terms and applicable law.

  1. Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and The Wood Whisperer, Inc. waive any right to a jury trial for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, services, or products.

  1. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and The Wood Whisperer, Inc. agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court rather than arbitration.
