SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with TWW Store. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During sales, product launches, holidays, travel periods, or high-volume order periods, processing may take longer. We are a small business and appreciate your patience while we carefully pack and ship your order.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, package size, shipping method, and available carrier options.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we made an error with your order.
Domestic Shipping
We ship orders within the United States using available carriers and shipping services shown at checkout.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Available shipping destinations and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are collected at checkout or unless otherwise stated.
TWW Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, carrier delays, or unpaid customs duties or taxes.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, or fees were not paid, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any fees charged to us.
Preorders, Backorders, and Limited-Run Items
Some products may be offered as preorders, backorders, or limited-run items. If an item has a special shipping timeline, we will provide the best available estimate on the product page, at checkout, or in follow-up communication.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder or backordered items, we may hold the order until all items are available unless we choose to ship items separately.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with updated information. If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, which may include giving you the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected item for a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
TWW Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TWW Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, building manager, mailroom, or carrier delivery location.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at orders@twwstore.com with your order number. We will review the situation and help determine the next step. In some cases, we may need to file a claim with the carrier before replacing or refunding an order.
Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at orders@twwstore.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when possible. This helps us evaluate the issue and make it right.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to carrier restrictions, customs rules, product limitations, or other legal or logistical reasons.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot ship.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations, and EU withdrawal rights are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation through your customer account, your order status page, the Returns, Cancellations & EU Withdrawal link in our store footer, or by contacting us at orders@twwstore.com.
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. You may still be able to request a return after receiving the order, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
